ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I (The Participant) am fully aware that paragliding (and all associated activities) is a calculated risk sport and contains inherent risks and dangers, including serious injury or death. I know and understands the scope, nature, and extent of the risks involved in the activity. I voluntarily and freely chooses to incur any and all such risks and dangers. I recognises that any injury will be due to my own error of judgement, being wholly my own decision to take off if I consider conditions to be suitable for my skill level.

xTc Paragliding does not provide any insurance, either medical or liability, for any incident which may arise as a result of participation in any phase of paragliding or paragliding instruction/training. WARNING: Paragliding training programs are not licensed by any governmental agency. Brett Janaway is the sole proponent for our program.
TERMS OF USE OF EQUIPMENT AND INSTRUCTION/GUIDING
I agree to pay for all damages to or loss of equipment belonging to xTc Paragliding, resulting from my use, whether it be intentional, accidental or unavoidable. I understand that I am paying for guidance and instruction in the sport of paragliding and that does not guarantee my right to fly.
I REALIZE THAT PARAGLIDING IS AN INHERENTLY DANGEROUS SPORT WHICH MAY RESULT IN MY INJURY OR DEATH. I AM COMPLETELY AWARE THAT ANY DECISION TO FLY RESTS WITH ME, THE PILOT. I CONSIDER MYSELF MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY FIT AND ABLE ENOUGH TO FLY. |
